How do you feel about sending your work to an editor?
It’s natural to feel anxious about working with an editor for the first time.
I’m a fellow writer as well as an editor and proofreader. I understand how vulnerable you may feel sending your precious words to an editor, who may be the first person, other than you, to read them!
I specialise in the following but edit a wide range of genres and other types of content:
- historical fiction
- mysteries and thrillers
- books set in France
- memoirs and biographies
- web content

Kind words from previous clients
Your work is in capable hands
I’m an Advanced Professional Member of the Chartered Institute of Editing and Proofreading (CIEP) and a Partner Member of the Alliance of Independent Authors (ALLi).
I’ve also written books for editors and writers, and have completed my first novel – a mystery set in the south of France. I have studied the craft of writing, story structure, characterisation and plot.
Your manuscript will benefit from all this knowledge if you choose me as your editor.
